About Us

Green House Shakes is a black owned smoothie business. We are a husband and wife team that built this business out of the kitchen of our green house (Florida life- IYKYK) in 2020. Damien, co-owner of Green House Shakes and owner of House of Sweat Orlando, a boutique gym, stressed to his clients they needed to add more vegetables to their diet rather through food or green smoothies. Clients complained they didn't want to make their own smoothies, and we were tired of sending clients to local smoothie shops that add sugar and other unhealthy ingredients to their green smoothies. The solution to everyone's problem: Green House Shakes!
